Safeguard Survey/Data Form Anonymity In Targets

The Question filter can only be bypassed by those with the Grant Site Administrators role; they will be able see all forms listed in the drop-down menu within the Targeting feature, regardless of Anonymity settings.

Note in this example are two Forms, one is Anonymous and one is not. This week’s tutorial will demonstrate how site roles affect which Form (survey) can be selected from the Question filter to create a Target group.

Note the viewable Forms inside of the Question filter within the Targeting feature for each role, both Grant Site Administrator and Lower-level Administrator/Faculty:
