How To Copy Courses
Same Site:
If you copy a course and place the copy within the same site, any change to the original course will update to each and every copy. This is wonderful if you want to make changes and apply them to all copies. (You’ll also want to determine if those changes should be made while the copied courses are active).

Different Site:
If you want to copy a course and make it independent from the site. You can do that as well! First, you will want to make sure that all of the learning objects within the original course are shared. Once you make a copy of a course and place the copy in a different site, you can make changes to that course without affecting the original copy or any other subsequent copies. We often have institutions that have Master Library site that contains all of the courses and learning objects. This helps them manage how courses are distributed.
