Form Survey Export Reflects Anonymity Setting

In this week’s tutorial, we will demonstrate how the anonymity setting can be reflected in the Forms (Surveys) Export option.
NOTE: This same anonymous setting is also available in Export options found in the Survey Dashboard area.

Let’s begin!
1. Navigate to the backend of the platform
2. Click on Tools
3. Select Forms
4. Click on the title of the Form
5. On the top right-hand corner, click Export Data

When this setting is selected, you will observe that the User’s identifiable information is not visible in the export

Note: all of the questions are selected by default. You have ability to exclude any questions from the Form into your export.

6. Click on Generate report
7. Click Download report

Now, because this is an Anonymous Form (survey) export, the only information available are the questions and the answers as shown below.
