Discussion Forums
Use dialogEDU’s discussion forums to connect with those in your network!
Let’s get started!
Provide access to the forums by creating a Forums tab in the navigation bar on the top right of the homepage.
Tip: Forums can be targeted so that they are only seen by a group (whom you designate as your target), to see specific content.
Alternatively, forums can be hosted inside of your learner’s My Locker area. Create a Community Bulletin Board forum to give learners a platform to connect with one another. Learners can click on a discussion topic to view the forum or click on View More to see all of the topics.
The forum topics reside on the Forums page beneath the picture associated with the forum.
Learners can give discussion forums up-votes by clicking on the arrow buttons, which is dialogEDU’s way of rating (similar to “liking” a Facebook post).
The most popular forums discussions can be viewed inside of the Popular tab.
Topics can be saved as favorites by clicking on the star to the left of the title of the forum.
Once a forum is marked as favorite it will appear in the Favorites tab.
